    @Xfinity hey Comcast - how about replacing the Pac 12 Network with the ACC Network? PAC 12 won’t have live sports until who knows when. So, might as well give subscribers a network that’s showing live college sports

    Instead of spending lots of $$ creating a flashy ad with ET, maybe Comcast should spend $$$ upgrading their service. Cable went out during game 7 of WS and now went out during Thanksgiving football - brutal

    @paramountplus You lost me as a viewer when you went to Paramount Plus. I pay for Paramount to XFINITY for regular service, I won’t pay for Plus.

    .@Xfinity is such a racket. the same month that I cancel my cable, my internet usage suddenly skyrockets doubling all my previous months usage in just 20 days of a 30-day bill cycle. i have been working from home for 8 months, downloading and uploading

    I’m really tired of the POOR customer service from Comcast! I’ve tried to contact them 3 times and was able to get in wait line to talk to an agent today, wait time was 16-24 minutes for a call back. It has now been over an hour and no call! TERRIBLE SERVICE! @comcast @Xfinity

    @AndreBronzoni @GalvaniRenan @AskFrontier @robbyearon I have Mediacom, for my experience I can say the service it's ok, it's not the best, I don't have so much choice in my area (like Robbye) costumer service is terrible, if you talking about frontier, OMG the worst service ever, I don't really like it. I'll really miss comcast.

    @effjayyy @comcast I need it for work - no one else has decent down or upload speeds. It’s Comcast or Centurylink, and the infrastructure here is too old for CL to be fast enough.

    .@Xfinity you made a mistake and added an adapter to my bill for $6.50 per month that I never even had. I had to waste 30 minutes of my busy workday calling in (always a nightmare) to have it removed. You are by far the worst company I have the misfortune of dealing with.

    @Xfinity I’ve been a customer since 2001, and I’m having the most frustrating experience. I’ve spent so much time on the phone and have been cut off 3 times and my issue never got resolved. I’m about ready to cancel. Can you have a competent customer service person contact me?

    @sksegha At least it is not contract and you can cancel anytime. And you can do sling tv $64 no better pass Xfinity cable way you dey pay.

    @tlhInganHom @Xfinity I totally get the idea that a support call *is* a sales call. And I’m overall happy with my service - I stuck with them instead of changing during my move. But that’s the *worst* time to try to directly sell me when I want to fix an issue quickly.

    @xfinitymobile 10/30 spent almost three hours at the Comcast store with no resolution. So four hours between phone and store. Today 10/31 woke up with no cell phone service. 4 devices deactived. Spooky 🎃 I appreciate the effort, but as a customer really been put in a pickle.

    @Xfinity not your best day with customer experience. May I suggest respectfully that if you must outsource, make sure whomever that is can find their nose.

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    @FreddieKraft What's being done to help the xfinity and truck series? The xfinity series has had 2 teams shut down (30 &25) with the 5 rumored and xfinity and truck teams are forced to run pay drivers or cup guys because the purses are so low What has nascar done to try and grow these

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)
