Instead you make us go through 3 people and waste more than an hour of our time. They reset my modem 5 times today..It didn’t work! Try something new!

I use a smart lock& didn’t bring the key so I cannot get into my house. I have no GPS or way to find an Xfinity store to get phone activated.

With that said, the last week I’ve lost over 6 hours of workday productivity because my Xfinity WiFi went down on 3 separate days. Worst part about it is your horrible customer service experience.

The service status website reports this is due to maintenance for which we were not notified and may not return for 5 hours. It's not acceptable for working professionals. We expect better.
