They deactivated my phone so it could be sent in and provided a loaner phone, which was fine EXCEPT I find out at xfinity that the esim line on my account doesn’t allow for regular sim phones.

I’m going on 2 days without internet service now on CenturyLink and this is, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

I use a smart lock& didn’t bring the key so I cannot get into my house. I have no GPS or way to find an Xfinity store to get phone activated.
