    Just spent a mind-numbing 90 minutes on the phone with Comcast trying to fix some connectivity issues but it was 100% worth it just to hear the customer service representative say: โ€œIs โ€˜Router? I hardly knew her!โ€™ the name of your home WiFi network?โ€

    @nirvgorilla The service is ok (better than Comcast but you have to watch that billing cycle every month; they try to shorten it every & I jump on them: "Oh, this is just so we this & that" "your account isn't debited until the 30th day" BS!! Haven't had a 30 day cycle YET! MN puc does help

    @ianrbuck My thoughts exactly. They are the "official network speed testโ€ for Comcast, which makes me suspicious.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a โ€œmake a phone callโ€ website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.
