    She said you can contact apple support. So I ask if she can help me. She says no. At this pt, I have NO activated phone. I use a smart lock& didn’t bring the key so I cannot get into my house. I have no GPS or way to find an Xfinity store to get phone activated.

    @comcast your customer experience is basically non-existent! How does it take 45 minutes to find an available time slot for a technician to come out? Horrible customer experience!

    @comcast @comcastcares we work from home and service just went out. The service status website reports this is due to maintenance for which we were not notified and may not return for 5 hours. It's not acceptable for working professionals. We expect better.

    The Twitter Comcast Support is absolutely horrible!!! They claim I cannot access any of their hotspots without an account! Well Xinfinity was forcing itself on me until I changed the setting within their wifi!!!!! #InsultingIgnorant

    @Xfinity It’s not ethical to sell higher internet packs to people who are having modem “sandbox” issues & say speed is the problem. It’s that all their devices(3) are trapped in your activation loop because someone didn’t do their job on the first call. #poorcustomerservice

    Comcast internet is like my LaTeX code. Does it work when I absolutely need it to? But does it at least inform me the problem in an understandable way so I can find a solution? Also no.

    I didn’t expect her to magically fix the situation but to leave me where I cannot do anything is frustrating. I can’t go home to contact apple support, locate xfinity store to get my phone activated or get my phone fixed.

    @itsallgood027 @NBCSN @NBCOlympics On Xfinity it’s in their sports app so I was watching it on my TV. But every time i change the channel to watch another event for a little bit it goes back to showing the same stupid *** African skateboarding commercial now I’m watching the game on my iPad in bed.

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    Also @Xfinity why do I have to do the work to get credit from YOUR OUTAGE you should already put it on the bill, how many customers do you scam everyday because they don’t know they have to apply or ask for it. Also it’s almost 12 hours since my internet went down.

    @TheGeorgePu It's because they're offering cut-rate subscriptions through media and network companies like Rumble, Bell Canada, PayPal, Comcast, Samsung, etc. "for free". AI-as-a-Service is a money-losing endeavour. In 5 years or less they'll be bankrupt.
