    The problem @TBS has been having streaming through the @Xfinity app during the #FinalFour had been ridiculous. So many game freezes during pregame and commercials. At least it's pretty good during the game, mostly.

    I didn’t expect her to magically fix the situation but to leave me where I cannot do anything is frustrating. I can’t go home to contact apple support, locate xfinity store to get my phone activated or get my phone fixed.

    I take back every nice thing I’ve ever said about @Xfinity ! Moved service last week and worked fine at new house until today. 3 phone calls and 2 hours later and still not working 🤬

    @Xfinity , i need some guidance on my internet only plan. 70$ month for just shy of 1000 gigs. with multiple streaming devices running daily we are alwaya cutting it close and have gone over time to time, i cant seem to find another options for more data. help

    Crisis in The Valley: Modem accepting wireless but not sending signal to Internet — nor to TVs, phones or tablets. Same w/ 3 different modems & confirmed by 2 techies. Also, 90 minutes on phone w/ Xfinity. Noon deadline before wife calls lawyer & has me evicted. Help!

    I’m really tired of the POOR customer service from Comcast! I’ve tried to contact them 3 times and was able to get in wait line to talk to an agent today, wait time was 16-24 minutes for a call back. It has now been over an hour and no call! TERRIBLE SERVICE! @comcast @Xfinity

    @xfinitymobile 10/30 spent almost three hours at the Comcast store with no resolution. So four hours between phone and store. Today 10/31 woke up with no cell phone service. 4 devices deactived. Spooky 🎃 I appreciate the effort, but as a customer really been put in a pickle.

    @ccwriter9 @Yahoo @Google I've had that problem before. I have trouble with xfinity constantly. I was with them years ago...left and came back years after. They won't update my information no matter how many times I have corrected it. Morons

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

    @xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
