    @comcast I’m so dissatisfied with your cable service the past 2 months have had billing issues the fault being on your side I’ve had to call & talk to someone 4 or 5 times today I called because you took away one of my channels to find out it still says we have an over due amount

    @comcast Sure helping a lot and with the internet. Not. Outrages prices them blowing my phone up over a late day. When we have 2 homes with 2 separate accounts and been a customer since I've been alive. Need to tweak it already and quit making us have crap service.💯

    @Xfinity It routinely goes out and they do restarts every single day pretty much . Just got off the phone with customer service and like I said it was like talking to the wall . They tried to sell us on more stuff like xfinity streaming service that I don’t want or need.

    Hey @Xfinity @XfinitySupport remember when my call got escalated and your rep was gonna call me back at 6:30 on Wednesday to see if my service was better, but clearly forgot and my service still doesn't work.

    @Xfinity Our cable, internet & phone service has been out for 6 hours. There is no way to get accurate status or a projection of when service might be back on. @Xfinity is so automated they won’t talk with you anymore.

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I had to reactivate service at my old address for about 10 days. Also, my mobile service got temporarily disconnected—the store agent didn’t seem properly trained and may have made a mistake.
