They offered to lower my monthly bill, if I sign a new contract. Lol!

It’s so nice that they leave detailed notes in your account, tho. That way they can ignore them entirely & still make you start from scratch on an existing ticket

Just got off the phone with customer service and like I said it was like talking to the wall . They tried to sell us on more stuff like xfinity streaming service that I don’t want or need.

We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?
