    4 hours thus far today on the phone with @Xfinity Only for the 3rd time in two weeks due to the same exact problem. It’s so nice that they leave detailed notes in your account, tho. That way they can ignore them entirely & still make you start from scratch on an existing ticket

    @Xfinity Your customer service during this crisis is deplorable. I am experiencing constant service interruptions and can’t get an agent on the phone or on chat. You cement your reputation as company that cares little for its customers or employees. Awful.

    @Xfinity It routinely goes out and they do restarts every single day pretty much . Just got off the phone with customer service and like I said it was like talking to the wall . They tried to sell us on more stuff like xfinity streaming service that I don’t want or need.

It's crazy that he's under a contract that Comcast can change and take away channels that he signed up for! Seems wrong, and he, from what I see on the internets other customers, are fed up!

    @XfinitySupport I unplugged the Xfinity gateway and it has cleared the pexelation. Why would the gateway effect reception? We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?

    @FreddieKraft What's being done to help the xfinity and truck series? The xfinity series has had 2 teams shut down (30 &25) with the 5 rumored and xfinity and truck teams are forced to run pay drivers or cup guys because the purses are so low What has nascar done to try and grow these
