The technician was all around great but he left the line outside hanging abnormally low over my yard. I have a young child that loves to swing things and play, but I'm concerned for her safety. They denied it, so I went in and paid $39.95. My next auto pay took off my monthly charge less the $39.95. At some point, it was charged to my account. @Xfinity
