I’m forced to use the xfinity gateway to get unlimited data per month while remote working but if I use my @NETGEARgaming router I easily get 400+ so long as internet into the house is stable. Which is the larger issue.

Going on over 3 days now. Turned off autopay. Losing time and money and still nothing more than non-answers and no estimates from support.

You just keep pushing me to go streaming. What you are doing is an absence of customer service and I am "up to here" with this month after month.

They denied it, so I went in and paid $39.95. My next auto pay took off my monthly charge less the $39.95. At some point, it was charged to my account. @Xfinity

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
