    @ShaneTalbot @kEGEL_Lg @Xfinity Your modems and routers are bad then. I’m forced to use the xfinity gateway to get unlimited data per month while remote working but if I use my @NETGEARgaming router I easily get 400+ so long as internet into the house is stable. Which is the larger issue.

    @KatieWayyyy @JanelleKennny OOOFFFFF Frontier is awful I’m so sorry!!! 😭 yeah I’d rather have anyone than Comcast lol. Out here it’s then or WOW, AT&T isn’t terrible but they’re hard to get too depending on where you are. Internet monopolies suck ass 🙄

    Just got another false hope text from @Xfinity / @XfinitySupport that my service was restored except it’s not. Still nothing. Going on over 3 days now. Turned off autopay. Losing time and money and still nothing more than non-answers and no estimates from support.

    @comcastcares you know what? I am DONE. I called the 800 number and, apparently, I am not allowed to speak to a live person. You just keep pushing me to go streaming. What you are doing is an absence of customer service and I am "up to here" with this month after month.

    Your Customer Service said that I would be able to, but that wasn’t true. I contested the $39.95 charge. They denied it, so I went in and paid $39.95. My next auto pay took off my monthly charge less the $39.95. At some point, it was charged to my account. @Xfinity

    Now I not only have to pay the money, but I have to fight to pay it and risk being charged extra money. This sucks and is not how I want to be spending my Sunday morning.@Xfinity

    @Xfinity if there is worse customer service in the world, PLEASE show me. Because you have the body deplorable customer service agents on the planet, ESPECIALLY the people you have working for you overseas! My service is being threatened with cutoff for non-payment. I'm not happy

    @SKaufmann_ @comcast What sucks is that, when up and running, Comcast tends to be in the best in terms of performance and user interface. That’s why I always go back. However, if something goes wrong you’re liable to be screwed over for a very long time while they “attempt” to sort things out

    The issue is, we are happy with the Internet and cable service. It’s your billing and Customer Service that stinks. If they told me upfront that I would need a visit because they had to work on the wires, I would have said OK and paid the $39.95. @Xfinity

    @VerizonSupport @mom_of_littles Just the opposite here. Store people are very professional. I even switched to the home internet from Comcast. Saved half of what I was paying. We have an authorized retailer here. Never used the app.

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    It’s criminal that @Xfinity doesn’t have the capacity to show a main broadcast network like CBS on Masters Sunday due to some supposed dispute. Might as well get a TV antenna at this point.

    @Ilikeracing3 The Xfinity car is the best series in NASCAR, had the best vehicle & they're BARELY able to put on a show here...trucks were meh as well. All 3 series were snoozers last fall too. Yeah, the cup car is garbage, but the Bristol reconfig has sucked too

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
