    Bill doubles due to no warning contract is ending, and only “sales offers” cost me more money than before. What a horrible way to treat customers, @comcast / @Xfinity. Thinking @ATT is looking pretty good right about now.

    Hi @comcastcares - Our @Xfinity internet has been down every morning for the past two weeks. We’ve called and your phone system doesn’t allow us to talk to a real human. The modem has been reset. Nothing works. Please DM me ASAP since your settings don’t allow us to DM you.

    Kinda disappointed in @xfinityhome @comcastcares after multiple calls and troubleshooting...a couple of techs coming out...the issue still isn't resolved. Definitely looking at a new Home Security option now

    Not one customer service rep at @comcast wants to do anything. @comcast will not put their pricing online. They want to call & keep small business owners on the phone instead of letting us research puselves.. Even the chat CSR pushed me to someone else. @comcastcares

    @DoorDash_Help @DoorDash @sheetz I ended up figuring out the customer support option but it was buried unnecessarily deep in the website!! To reach support I should not have to spend Comcast support equivalent waste of time digging to find.

    @comcastcares I just had new service installed and set up yesterday. The technician was all around great but he left the line outside hanging abnormally low over my yard. I have a young child that loves to swing things and play, but I'm concerned for her safety. Please fix.

    @ShaneTalbot @kEGEL_Lg @Xfinity @NETGEARgaming Can’t say for certain about laptops or any device in specific but I regularly get speeds above 300 on wifi which is all I ever need. Went to gig line to make sure I never dropped below 300. Unfortunately with WFH I needed the unlimited data which forced me to use the XFI gear.

    @XfinitySupport Comcast is too CHEAP to pay for ABC, but they haven’t adjusted my bill. TCM is now a pay channel only. Comcast is over priced, customer service sucks. I either want my channel back or a credit to my account. This is getting ridiculous.

    @ClayTravis I ranted on the phone to Comcast at 2pm and was transferred to three different people that I was canceling cable and telling everyone I know to do the same. I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)

    @tonyc920 @BoziTatarevic Not really Herbst fault here. These cars are awful. As soon as they get loose the aero effects are so bad. This is a normal bump and run in the xfinity car. Not to mention you can’t pass so like what else u suppose to do

    We needed this so badly. It was easy to be negative about this team. About the players, the coaches, and management. Don't get me wrong, Comcast still sucks. But this is the type of run that gives everybody's head a shake and realizes we have our hockey team back
