    @WxManScott I know, and I saw that on the replays. I’m not stupid. In real time and on a delayed feed in low res because Comcast, it looked like it might have been. Clearly wasn’t but I hope you get my point.

    @comcastcares I wasted a lot of time on two phone calls to be told I could get the “new customer” rate which would save me about $8. If you can’t lower my overall monthly spend by $50 or more, then I’m afraid it’s not worth my time.

    @comcastcares Wanted to keep my service, but when my contract is up it’s $273 a month??? Went to Xfinity store. Was told the best they could do was downgrade for $233??? It’s $223 now!!!! Sorry headed to internet only & even that is overpriced!

    @comcastcares Since I responded to you 15 minutes ago and I haven’t heard anything back and my TV contines freeze and I’m getting more and more annoyed I’m not so sure that Comcast does care! It’s the Stanley Cup Playoffs and this SUCKS!!!!!

    @Xfinity @comcastcares Issue is resolved now but it was a horrible CX and comedy of bad info and handoffs. DM sent, as requested. The tech you sent to basically deliver and install a 4K box that I could have installed, Robert, was phenomenal and a genuinely good guy.

    @allconnect Xfinity is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are charging me for 3 boxes and a phone line which I didn’t even know I have every time I call I get hung up on and my bill went for 99 a month to over $200. I have been told you can get internet from them

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
