    @allconnect Xfinity is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are charging me for 3 boxes and a phone line which I didn’t even know I have every time I call I get hung up on and my bill went for 99 a month to over $200. I have been told you can get internet from them

    @Boehm83 This is INSANE! I can’t even watch the game without it freezing every 3 minutes now! @comcast is losing me in a hurry! Not looking like I’m going to make it the 30 days! Every tv here, it’s my lousy service, not my @SamsungUS TV’s! #SoAnnoyed

    When my mom and sisters try to act ******** up I literally just log into MY Comcast account and turn off their internet access and watch them get all pissed off. While I am fully connected with all my devices laughing at funny videos.

    @comcastcares Since I responded to you 15 minutes ago and I haven’t heard anything back and my TV contines freeze and I’m getting more and more annoyed I’m not so sure that Comcast does care! It’s the Stanley Cup Playoffs and this SUCKS!!!!!

    @WxManScott I know, and I saw that on the replays. I’m not stupid. In real time and on a delayed feed in low res because Comcast, it looked like it might have been. Clearly wasn’t but I hope you get my point.

    @Xfinity ur techs r horrible.had someone come out, supposed to drill so we could hardwire TV to modem (previously deemed 2 b working perfectly). Didn't want to do his job, wanted install new modem, told him no. He put our old modem back together but wrong,phone didn't work 1of2

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
