Didn't want to do his job, wanted install new modem, told him no. He put our old modem back together but wrong,phone didn't work 1of2

It is just not worth the hassle. None of our other service providers treat us this horribly and rudely

We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?
