    @comcastcares , I’ve never had this bad of customer service experience before from such a large company..I’ve been a customer for 10!years. I’ve called multiple times to resolve my issue, and no one seems to be connected to each other, nor do they seem to care about my business.

    @waynedixon Yikes! AT&T speeds are abysmal I’m your area. Comcast speeds picked up here/there today, but still inconsistent. Thought it was the TV, but after rebooting all the things & trying the Roku3, still bad & uneven today.

    @comcastcares this is ridiculous how I contacted customer service and had to wait 15 mins for a supervisor my cable turns to a black screen every single night but I was informed I have to pay for a tech to come out

    @comcast we've been trying to contact Xfinity customer service without any luck. We have a wasp nest inside the Xfinity box, and our local exterminator will not deal with Xfinity boxes. Can you please message me?

    @DEvanAltman Cubs have effectively forced everyone to cable. Att or Direct Tv ; both whom I’ve had & dropped for horrid & pricey service or Xfinity who I fear will be the same. Lost Metronet when we moved; they are customer friendly. PK Ricketts doesn’t get it. Charge more. Gotta win more.

    @jcharbonneau @ATT @comcast Fyi I’ve had nothing but problems with Comcast. I’ve got a tech coming again next week. I’ve got 6pods and still the internet goes in and out. When you call for service the foreign person answering the phone goes thru the same script and then hangs up on me

    @Xfinity I really wish I could get one of your "engineers" to call me. Customer service has nearly zero idea what they are talking about. I pay $120 a month for a 1gbps cable line and I've uploaded 30 days of pingplotter to show you guys what's wrong, yet I get no response.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    I was chatting with xfinity services and got the idea afterwards: What if the same people have a side hustle of scamming people? Considering how many companies use other countries for their live chat/support calls. I'm curious, what do you think?
