    @jcharbonneau @ATT @comcast Fyi I’ve had nothing but problems with Comcast. I’ve got a tech coming again next week. I’ve got 6pods and still the internet goes in and out. When you call for service the foreign person answering the phone goes thru the same script and then hangs up on me

    @DEvanAltman Cubs have effectively forced everyone to cable. Att or Direct Tv ; both whom I’ve had & dropped for horrid & pricey service or Xfinity who I fear will be the same. Lost Metronet when we moved; they are customer friendly. PK Ricketts doesn’t get it. Charge more. Gotta win more.

    @comcastcares this is ridiculous how I contacted customer service and had to wait 15 mins for a supervisor my cable turns to a black screen every single night but I was informed I have to pay for a tech to come out

    @waynedixon Yikes! AT&T speeds are abysmal I’m your area. Comcast speeds picked up here/there today, but still inconsistent. Thought it was the TV, but after rebooting all the things & trying the Roku3, still bad & uneven today.

    @comcast @Xfinity @comcastcares @bbb_us Comcast service goes out every night I contacted customer service and I am on a dead silence hold with a “supervisor” expensive cable no customer service

    @comcastcares , I’ve never had this bad of customer service experience before from such a large company..I’ve been a customer for 10!years. I’ve called multiple times to resolve my issue, and no one seems to be connected to each other, nor do they seem to care about my business.

    @WatchMarquee Excellent! But this station is on Comcast Xfinity Direct Tv. All cable. Att tv is only streaming option. Which is the worst of all streamers for price and channel selection. YouTube? Hulu? When...

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    If you want to watch tv as if you are watching a bad synchronized Godzilla movie get @Xfinity service. You will feel right at home trying to match words spoken to lips moving in the wrong direction! Worst service ever!

    @ClayTravis I ranted on the phone to Comcast at 2pm and was transferred to three different people that I was canceling cable and telling everyone I know to do the same. I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Suspended my cable(Granted it was due by the 11th) cool I go onto the app and these lowlifes tell me I have store to pay my bill in order to restore service(WHY?!?!) I HAVE A CRAD TO PAY AND THE MONEY IS THERE!!!.. .IF I COME TO THE STORE I WONT BE TO PAY
