Att or Direct Tv ; both whom I’ve had & dropped for horrid & pricey service or Xfinity who I fear will be the same. Lost Metronet when we moved; they are customer friendly. PK Ricketts doesn’t get it. Charge more. Gotta win more.

Thought it was the TV, but after rebooting all the things & trying the Roku3, still bad & uneven today.

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
