    @bdentrek @RuddHQ Bubba I have YouTube TV, Netflix and Prime. More than enough. I get 80% of the White Sox games and MLB Network. $50 a month for YouTube. Netflix is cheap too and I still beat the Comcast robbery!

    @Xfinity @ILCommerceComm why was my internet out again for two hours today, Friday, October 16, 2020? This happens at least once a month, bugs me and upsets my employer. You never apologize either. Per your website there was a “service outage”. I’m on Christa Dr, Naperville, IL

    @honowskiv2 @dreageekgirl Also she is an independent contractor meaning she can right off just about anything. I stream and am an independent contractor for att and comcast. I literally write off everything down to haircuts.

    @comcast we've been trying to contact Xfinity customer service without any luck. We have a wasp nest inside the Xfinity box, and our local exterminator will not deal with Xfinity boxes. Can you please message me?

    Literally less than a day with @Xfinity and already having issues. Hey, here’s a tip, don’t hide your taxes and fees and end up charging people an extra $20 a month. Should have stuck with AT&T #DoNotRecommend

    @comcastcares , I’ve never had this bad of customer service experience before from such a large company..I’ve been a customer for 10!years. I’ve called multiple times to resolve my issue, and no one seems to be connected to each other, nor do they seem to care about my business.

    @comcast and others had launched programs for low cost laptops and service but service doesn’t reach these areas. @SpaceXStarlink may be an option if available but it puts the local company out where jobs are needed most.

    @comcastcares this is ridiculous how I contacted customer service and had to wait 15 mins for a supervisor my cable turns to a black screen every single night but I was informed I have to pay for a tech to come out

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
