Seems service degraded every month until we ended up ordering their newest tower. It didn’t show up after 10 days, so they send one overnight Waiting to see if they actually credit my account for delivery.

akash (@AkashGGS) reported from Gurnee, Illinois@Raelyni Yeah definitely, I started using a wifi extender from Comcast that you connect to your router & then the other next to your pc, and I have ethernet stability however I will say download lot slower so if you download a game prolly wanna use the normal ethernet went to 1gb->300mb

But because I have voice service (even though nothing is changing with voice), they say I can't do self-install, somebody has to come out. And THAT costs me $70. Super lame.
