    @Xfinity Your rep sent me a message to add service and to accept the price and then he comes back and says your final price is going to be $60 more. Then what did I accept the terms for.

    There is literally “an outage in my area” every other day with Comcast. I work from home 2 days a week and every single time we have an outage. So frustrating.

    The only internet service at my place is @Xfinity by otherwise I wouldn’t prefer at all. They waisted reasonable amount of my time and still issue has not been resolved.

    @comcastcares ...thanks "comcastcares" but we have been doing that the last three days. We aren't looking for some miracle or for you to pull a crew from someone else... We just want an honest answer to when this could reasonably be fixed. Being told "three hours" six times ... doesn't help..

    @Xfinity Already talked to all of you and all you do is play pass the buck with every other person. Have the app, checked the status on everything, I know the drill. How bout less time telling me things that I already do and more time fixing problems.

    At this moment... @WatchMarquee should be a stream service without a carrier. With @Xfinity being dumb and @YouTube looking like they are flopping as well... it needs to become available. I just want to watch my Cubs play.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
