    @kayfey Thanks for the thoughts. I'm just in a bad mental state right now. Any obstacle just overwhelms. It would have been much better if @comcastcares had not kept pushing back on why they needed the account holder or her last 4 SSN and just simply said THERE IS A FEE FOR TECH VISITS.

    @comcast is the worst; a thread. So yesterday I called C and asked about options for ‘cutting the cord’ as they call it. They were charging me 185 a month and Hubby said yo leave but I thought it might be smart to talk to them since we’ve been customers for a million years… 1/4

    @GovMurphy I spoke with Comcast today they are not complying with COVID 19 meaning they will terminate or shut their customers off their WiFi! If my WiFi of turned off my kids can not do their on line schooling and I won’t be able to work bc I need the WiFi! Can u help

You can sign up for a free trial like I just did. If you have an Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV/stick, Roku, etc. there is an app, otherwise you’d have to watch on your computer.

    My @Xfinity remote died, and changing the batteries didn't fix it. I'm stuck watching E/I on CBS programming because there's literally no way to change the channel without the cable box's individually programmed remote. Kill me.

    @TheDDossier @FoundAMoron @Starlink Yea, when I had it a few years back I would lag on games like 2k, cod, ect. Everything else(streaming platforms) was fine. I switched to Verizon and had no issues across the board but wanted more speed so now I'm with xfinity for 1.2 gig/ $115month
