    My @Xfinity remote died, and changing the batteries didn't fix it. I'm stuck watching E/I on CBS programming because there's literally no way to change the channel without the cable box's individually programmed remote. Kill me.

    @comcastcares Kudos to today’s technician #JonathanMinor for coming here and taking the time to explain why my TV boxes were all offline and what I had to do to fix them. At least we finally got someone here who was willing to talk me through it. Thank you.

    @Depoetic @tcm Hmmm.... I need to call Comcast 😩 When I switched to TCM to check something it’s saying it’s a subscription channel only. TCM has NEVER EVER been a special subscriber only channel as long as you had cable. We pay for the higher tier subscriber level too. Sucks I missed that!

    @GovMurphy I spoke with Comcast today they are not complying with COVID 19 meaning they will terminate or shut their customers off their WiFi! If my WiFi of turned off my kids can not do their on line schooling and I won’t be able to work bc I need the WiFi! Can u help

    @xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.

    @lmm2996 Not to mention the fact you can earn more points than the driver that finished 19 spots ahead of you. The format is fixed, the points are still broken. The silly fastest lap point they created to make Xfinity happy needs to go also.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 12th 317am 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @FreddieKraft What's being done to help the xfinity and truck series? The xfinity series has had 2 teams shut down (30 &25) with the 5 rumored and xfinity and truck teams are forced to run pay drivers or cup guys because the purses are so low What has nascar done to try and grow these

    @ClayTravis I ranted on the phone to Comcast at 2pm and was transferred to three different people that I was canceling cable and telling everyone I know to do the same. I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
