    @comcastcares It's not just me. I've blocked email after email that comes in but the entire domain needs to be blocked. If you have instructions on blocking an entire domain that would help. If not, there's not really much you're going to be able to do.

    @comcast once again the xfinity system down. Every year we have to ruin at least 2-3 days waiting for service tech. Worst system ever.

    @kayfey Thanks for the thoughts. I'm just in a bad mental state right now. Any obstacle just overwhelms. It would have been much better if @comcastcares had not kept pushing back on why they needed the account holder or her last 4 SSN and just simply said THERE IS A FEE FOR TECH VISITS.

    @comcastcares I don't really get why I'm shown ads at every level of my PAID online experience when @Outlook's free service somehow has less ads on a more stable platform. I don't really get why you can see my phone number when I call but you are still require more ID info for TECH SUPPORT!

    @kantor11 @HBOMaxHelp Apparently we’re not the only ones. There’s a comment down thread where someone said they finally resolved on phone for hours with xfinity, they had to reset some database on the backend or something and it finally worked.

    @Xfinity please provide a solution for your customers who can not log into HBO max through their xfinity accounts. I can no log in online, from a mobile device or through Apple TV. It says my subscription has expired, even tho I’m still sibscribed and it’s on my bill.

    We will not be overpaying for such slow speeds. We’ll stick to xfinity. We will NOT be paying the cancellation fee as your service was not up to par and the account was open without proper authorization so someone is getting fired for sure. I will be contacting the BBB.

    @jamesacowling @convex Thanks. Glad it's just me (will delete above). Never had a problem on this network before but maybe something going on with comcast I saw it across dev/staging/**** (2 convex dbs) for about 10m, then it resolved on its own, then came back, now working again If it comes back, will DM you. Maybe some intermittent network thing on my end

For all of Fox and even to a degree NBC’s faults covering Xfinity, they never really messed with the times all that much and recognized 130-2 pm starts were for better so people could enjoy the rest of their Saturdays It’s one thing for networks to force cup to 3 pm
