I was like “he didn’t do a damn thing and i left work earlier than usual to get here.” Apparently he was also supposed to come talk to me before and after but didn’t. Tickets are open and no one comes. The one time someone came he couldn’t fix anything, opened another ticket and closed without anything being done. What do we pay for?
