    @VerizonSupport It is an internet issue. It worked fine on Xfinity. It’s a known Verizon issue. Is this a joke. It’s been all over the internet and you are saying it’s not your issue.

    @_Hetrick @RobTornoe @PhillyInquirer so dumb. there was a pretty simple fix of switching to standard def from HD, which would have saved a lot of frustration, but comcast never responded to customer complaints with any workaround

    When will companies like @Xfinity realize that costumer service isn’t just teaching employees to be polite to me, it’s giving them the information to make my experience with the product better or giving them resources needed to help find answers for me if they don’t have them.

Don’t even get me started with the “Sports fees” I killed their TV service last year and this year will start with dropping them for good. Turns out VZ will be cheaper and faster anyway. So I can thank them for the push

    @comcast @Xfinity down throughout the South Jersey region. Electronic medical records and financial transactions grind to a halt. We should not put all our eggs in this basket. EHR was the beginning of the end of medical practice. VOIP phones are down also. Get paper charts back!

    Setting up a range extender to hopefully help with dropping out of 6 zoom meetings a day bc Comcast is absolute asscheeks and the damn thing is living up to the stigma of these things being trash.

    @Xfinity is an example of an arrogant Monopoly I payed my past due and current balance of $343.00 last night and after speaking to three different departments plus live chat my service was finally restored at 9:35am - total incompetence. I believe a credit should come my way

    @CBSPhiladelphia Comcast is out in Fishtown—on Super Bowl Sunday, no less! Current fix is supposed to be 6 pm, but was originally set for 2:15 then 4:15. Can you help get answers?

    @tonyc920 @BoziTatarevic Not really Herbst fault here. These cars are awful. As soon as they get loose the aero effects are so bad. This is a normal bump and run in the xfinity car. Not to mention you can’t pass so like what else u suppose to do

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!
