    So, I thought that @Xfinity @comcast brought their customer service back to the USA? Not. I just had a half hour chat with an assistant in the Philippines. All good, so far. Have to have a tech on site tomorrow.

    @Xfinity thanks for always being the worst TV and internet service around. honestly, i paused my TV for 2 minutes and now it suddenly has stopped working and lost connection to in internet. just the one TV. the wires weren't loose. it just takes 20 mins to fix. #yousuck

    @lulu_vohn I almost threw away this non bill from Xfinity and realized there was a $150 gift card inside as a thank you for being a customer!! I'm opening all mail from now on. Spent the whole thing at Target, as one does.

    My twitter was just acting crazy it wouldn’t let me tweet. I think our wifi is out because thats the only time it gave me a problem and it is official Comcast has a outage in our area.

    More crappy service from @Xfinity They sent a technician to fix things today. Tv reception worked for about 5 minutes, then continued to freeze up on 2 out of 3 tv’s. It fixed nothing. I will be canceling my service, and switching to @verizonfios this week.

    So @comcastcares fixed my WiFi issues by shutting down my sarellie tv service which I only got in the first place because of how horrible the company is. Along with Orange Man bad today could you all stop for a minute today to contemplate just what a s&$# show that company is

    @VerizonSupport @verizonfios wow your customer support is horrible! Turns out our ONT was bad from point of install and our FIoS tv one box has been not working with parental controls! Tried to get credit for the ONT problem and got told no! I guess we should go to @Xfinity

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    @Barbecuecolonge @JoshuaTookes I don’t think a Comcast-WB merger would work since Comcast would treat WB and Discovery’s legacy IPS (Looney Tunes, Doki, Hanna-Barbera) like garbage like they did to Woody Woodpecker and Curious George, in favor of focusing on content from DreamWorks and Illumination.

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    @kam6820 @mheeqey_money @XFreeze They offer different packages, take a look on their website. I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up

    @Xfinity nice to know that if you don't like your customer response you turn off their wifi in the middle of a workday. My wifi is turned off right after I talk with you. Interesting weird stuff going on at xfinity. You will pay for this. I've decided to use another service
