    @RoldBoxing I have Comcast and the picture quality was terrible. Rewatching now on HBO GO and it looks amazing. I have one of the best Sony 4K tv’s you can buy. Comcast is trash.

    I have not had internet between 2 and 6pm for almost 3 weeks and Comcast has come out twice and said nothing was wrong. All wires have been replaced inside and outside by Comcast and we got a new modem. If this **** goes out again today I will burn down Comcast Corp office 🥲

    @BG6280 I see but still hinders our opportunity of a couple more players. I know we have a 2 billion revenue from Comcast and Middleton’s stupid money. But I think we need more even after Bryce and don’t wanna lose that

    @comcast @XfinitySupport I’m hoping it was rectified, but who knows? The AI phone tree needs to recognize “no, I don’t want a link, I need a customer service rep/human.” Might wanna try that... 3 hours to change a payment source is inexcusable.

    @Xfinity thanks for always being the worst TV and internet service around. honestly, i paused my TV for 2 minutes and now it suddenly has stopped working and lost connection to in internet. just the one TV. the wires weren't loose. it just takes 20 mins to fix. #yousuck

    @AmericansBetter Just ended our Comcast service this week. Their customer service rep totally misrepresented an offer and our ability to downgrade service when we wanted. We complained and customer service never called us back. Verizon paid our termination fees to switch to Fios.

    @comcastcares so I go to my Xfinity store to add a 5th line which I was already approved for, and I’m greeted with (after making the 30 minute drive) you need to pay for your 5th line in full. I’m given a business card, and told to call NEXT WEEK, since this is a “known issue”

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @comcast @comcast so just to be clear, Comcast owns Xfinity, who has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have that correct?

    @NYCMayor @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button.

    We needed this so badly. It was easy to be negative about this team. About the players, the coaches, and management. Don't get me wrong, Comcast still sucks. But this is the type of run that gives everybody's head a shake and realizes we have our hockey team back

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
