All wires have been replaced inside and outside by Comcast and we got a new modem. If this **** goes out again today I will burn down Comcast Corp office 🥲

Their customer service rep totally misrepresented an offer and our ability to downgrade service when we wanted. We complained and customer service never called us back. Verizon paid our termination fees to switch to Fios.

I’m given a business card, and told to call NEXT WEEK, since this is a “known issue”
