    I have not had internet between 2 and 6pm for almost 3 weeks and Comcast has come out twice and said nothing was wrong. All wires have been replaced inside and outside by Comcast and we got a new modem. If this **** goes out again today I will burn down Comcast Corp office 🥲

    @Xfinity thanks for always being the worst TV and internet service around. honestly, i paused my TV for 2 minutes and now it suddenly has stopped working and lost connection to in internet. just the one TV. the wires weren't loose. it just takes 20 mins to fix. #yousuck

    Why is trying to talk to a real person at @Xfinity literally the hardest and most complicated thing to do.....I’m on the phone for 10min of automation, to be connected to no one, not get any of my questions answered, and then literally get hung up on. Great service

    @hachx0 @comcast I called right away and they said he marked it as done. I was like “he didn’t do a damn thing and i left work earlier than usual to get here.” Apparently he was also supposed to come talk to me before and after but didn’t. I got me a $20 credit on my bill.

    @JuddWinick I have the same issue. I haven't used my AppleTV box in years. Now it's gonna get used. Xfinity will eventually come around, but not at launch. Not sure what the deal with Samsung is.

    I hate how all these companies have rewards points you earn like Xfinity cable for example and it’s always for crap I don’t want or discounts on tickets how about a discount on my friggin bill

    Hey @comcastcares I've called 4x trying to get an agent on the line and each time the automated system hangs up on me. Very bad customer service. Very frustrating

    Got the Xfinity tech coming out to get internet/tv hooked up today. I called customer service to make sure that they had techs Sunday and I feel bad about it, but at the time, I was just selecting available days where I was off work. She reassured me it’s all good on Easter.

    They take complete advantage of people, their customer service is a nightmare and they manage to make an already anxiety-filled time where people are worried about their finances to screw people over more. @Xfinity you are a terrible company, you sincerely disgust me

    So, yet again I had to call @Xfinity. They’re sending a tech to physically bring me new (actually new hopefully) boxes to install and take the old, and even older boxes sent to me, away. Two weeks, no cable and @Xfinity’s solution was to send me outdated equipment...

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @comcast @comcast so just to be clear, Comcast owns Xfinity, who has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have that correct?

    @NYCMayor @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button.

    We needed this so badly. It was easy to be negative about this team. About the players, the coaches, and management. Don't get me wrong, Comcast still sucks. But this is the type of run that gives everybody's head a shake and realizes we have our hockey team back

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
