    @Xfinity been having issues and I can’t get anyone to help. This has been on going for months. When I call I get a computer not a person. No internet and can’t get someone out until Monday. With the same issues for months now. Pay way to much money for this to keep happening

    @Xfinity @comcast @comcastcares I expected the run around from Verizon not you! Got told when we signed up that if our WiFi had issues and a tech came out and found they we needed xfi pods we would get them free! Went to the store and was told to pay up! Tech and customer service

    So, yet again I had to call @Xfinity. They’re sending a tech to physically bring me new (actually new hopefully) boxes to install and take the old, and even older boxes sent to me, away. Two weeks, no cable and @Xfinity’s solution was to send me outdated equipment...

    @_Hetrick @RobTornoe @PhillyInquirer so dumb. there was a pretty simple fix of switching to standard def from HD, which would have saved a lot of frustration, but comcast never responded to customer complaints with any workaround

    @FarrahRochon Well @xfinity is about to lose my business after 31 years. All day long I keep losing WiFi service. In my bedroom where the modem is located? Called & some crap with the pods not being within 20' - 30'.

    @Ern_cos @XfinitySupport Do one thing cancel your Xfinity account and then after a week make a new Xfinity account and you will get a price lock for 5 year plan 1 gig for $70 a month with a free cell for a year ;)

For all of Fox and even to a degree NBC’s faults covering Xfinity, they never really messed with the times all that much and recognized 130-2 pm starts were for better so people could enjoy the rest of their Saturdays It’s one thing for networks to force cup to 3 pm

    @XfinitySupport Comcast is too CHEAP to pay for ABC, but they haven’t adjusted my bill. TCM is now a pay channel only. Comcast is over priced, customer service sucks. I either want my channel back or a credit to my account. This is getting ridiculous.

    We will not be overpaying for such slow speeds. We’ll stick to xfinity. We will NOT be paying the cancellation fee as your service was not up to par and the account was open without proper authorization so someone is getting fired for sure. I will be contacting the BBB.
