Got told when we signed up that if our WiFi had issues and a tech came out and found they we needed xfi pods we would get them free! Went to the store and was told to pay up! Tech and customer service

Turns out our ONT was bad from point of install and our FIoS tv one box has been not working with parental controls! Tried to get credit for the ONT problem and got told no! Had Xfinity out 3 times bc could not support zoom call. Had to upgrade and get hot spot. Cost 2x as much as in city. It’s a monopoly and price driven nonsense.

I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx
