    @catonahill It will probably resolve itself, they know they have an issue Wouldn't it be great if Comcast could proactively text/email its customers and let them know there's an outage, proactively Would create less heartache, because people wouldn't bombard them with questions

    @YoThatsMyJawn Tbh I don't even care about the Apple ones either. They produce a really great broadcast. I happen to not have Apple but a lot of other people do, but you know what, I can miss that one game it's okay. I chose not to have that service like I could choose to not have Comcast.

    @ValerieRoss14 @Priscilla__Lo @HelenGymPHL This complete lack of understanding is exactly why the prospect of Gym is so scary. You realize Comcast employees ALL pay income tax right? They support city business with their spending. Pay property tax on their homes.

    @XfinitySupport is there anyway i can actually talk to someone about my account? tried calling, the automated operator refuses to patch me to a representative and makes me go to the xfinity assistant which is of no help to me in my circumstance.

    @a_kribbs I would highly suggest getting a Roku device or a Chromecast or both I have two extra Roku devices if you can't afford it They're old but they work No subscription fees involved, no credit card required One older unit won't support Xfinity app or Prime video The other will

    @NHLFlyers this refuses to acknowledge the leauge. Mr. Snider is Flyers brand over everything. own the network, 2 platforms (xfinity,hulu) messaging thru thru Torts (53yr fan) is business like usual. ur helping shrinking angry fanbase angrier.

    I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer for years, paid ahead, never late. My Wi-Fi’s been out since Thursday night. The storm passed. It’s now been 40+ hours with nothing but automated BS. This is unacceptable. Do better or I’ll do what you clearly won’t make a switch @XfinitySupport

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
