    @ConsumerReports please investigate #xfinity for deceiving and twisted billing. They are using the word “unlimited” as if they have the right to bill customers for “extra internet” usage. The reason: the customer requesting unlimited usage is giving unlimited access.

    @comcastcares Well, tech was here for 2.5 hours Tues & now master bedroom TV w DVR box had scrambled eggs pixel-y puzzle-piece display on TBS network after 2 Reboots. Cable had been out on this box since last Thurs & Xfinity said they were sending Sr tech, but may be not the case

    .@Xfinity I NEVER got a call back and my tv isn’t working. I’m thankful I can watch anything I want on my iPad. I will eventually get rid of your box altogether…but, oh yeah I need it for my Internet connection (which I got to work on my own).

    And then, to top it all off, @comcast isn’t enough for NBC. No signal for people watching @nbc. The parent network has made a terrible idea to create an NBC O&O station in Boston. And also did the same thing for @WRAL and @WNCN.

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
