It wasn't much better when I had them in D.C., along with District Cablevision, DirectTV, and RCN. My sister has AT&T, and they're just sloooow. They're ALL terrible, period. Can't get much worse, for the cost.

The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.
