  This is the 3rd time this week that @comcastcares had my service screwed up. Internet goes out. Channels go out. Impossible if work at home is necessary. From billing to CS, it's always a nightmare. Not once have I ever changed my service without spending months on the phone.

  The fact that the last 2 apartments I lived in @Xfinity didn’t offer 1GB Download and 1GB Upload just 1GB and 50M is sad. I’m paying $80 when my mom has 1GB up and down with @ATT For $60 but att can’t work in some apartments

  @comcast I had avoided calling in a problem, between customer service and actual repair person it’s always a hastle. Repair person Sam came out, listened, made repair, confirmed repair wasmade and did an excellent job! Thank you Sam. We found the one great Comcast repair person!

  @comcast I haven’t worked since March 14th & I’m still not working, I’ve continued to pay my entire bill every month anyway. My internet service was not working for 6 days while you switched to fiber. Why am I being charged late fees? I’ve been trying to resolve this for a month!

Never had a problem on this network before but maybe something going on with comcast I saw it across dev/staging/**** (2 convex dbs) for about 10m, then it resolved on its own, then came back, now working again If it comes back, will DM you. Maybe some intermittent network thing on my end

When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.
