    @Citi you should listen to your fraud line 3/14, 4:44 PM CST. By far the worst individual to be in customer service. Put her behind a keyboard (hopefully she can mange that) because she should not speak to people.

    @Citibank customer service needs work. Robot don’t help, getting connected takes forever. Please do better. I’m still waiting on line for almost 90 mins. What’s going on???!

    @Citi Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Their AI system canceled my credit card even when I screamed no. All I wanted was a new credit card as mine is expiring in May. Customer service said that can't over-ride their Robo service. I have been a customer for decades and have A+credit

    @Citibank @WuTangClan Yea since you guys have illegally locked me out of my account, tell me wait for a letter that I'm not getting, went down to my bank in person and was still told that's not verifiable as the account holder.. wtf !!
