    @AskCiti For many days I get the message "Our system is experiencing temporary delays. Please try again later." I called over the weekend and the representative said it's a known issue and they are working on it. I tried to log in again this morning and still got that error.

    @Citibank Extremely frustrated. Applied for a credit card over 10 business days ago and still have not received it. Customer service says it was sent via regular mail with no tracking and even a replacement would be the same. Needed it urgently for a booking. Very disappointing.

    @AskCiti found out via a “thanks for your payment” notification that you took my monthly cc payment twice. not thrilled to be paying double on an already too high interest rate debt. let me know how we can fix this

    Do yourself a favor and avoid ever getting a @Citibank credit card. The only company that will at random decide to change how their cars operates. Had them for 4 years. Can’t wait to cancel that card after using my miles. Worst service in a card ever.
