I call both and they are giving me the run around. I live in Dallas, don't use Avis, very easy to track down charges and where it originated and look at cameras. $418.80 is not something I will let go. They have been put on notice and hopefully this will go viral to embarass them.

Four times I've called, and it's totally dumb, and then hung up on me each time. It literally cannot understand what I am saying, and regurgitates my recent transactions, then hangs up. Brent (@ncage1974) reported. @Citi your virtual card feature became a lot less useful. You used to be able to pick an expiration date (which you can't now) & total amount allowed to be charged to the card (which you can't now). You can just pick amount per day. please fix.

I am now being transferred to my third rep, who I am sure will have to take 5 minutes to verify me, like the last two also did.

I am simply trying to cancel it now, and even that is not feasible as I can't log in.What a customer service.
