    @AxisBank @AxisBankSupport @Citibank what a worthless transition from citi to axis. Basically they’ve made burgundy also a cattle class. They will send forms via their people to customer however won’t collect the update forms. Rude RMs who don’t know ABC of customer service END!!

    @Citibank somehow compromised my personal information to my abusive father, who has a similar name as I do. My personal safety may be at risk. I am now on high alert because somehow they have associated his name with my current address, something that should be impossible!-

    I swear @Citibank is clueless along with @AvisRentar - My card number stolen (presumably online as I still have the physical card) for a car rental from (pickup name) Tracie Purnell in Houston. I call both and they are giving me the run around. I live in Dallas, don't use Avis, very easy to track down charges and where it originated and look at cameras. $418.80 is not something I will let go. They have been put on notice and hopefully this will go viral to embarass them.

    @Citibank your AI system for Gov't Travel CC is the dumbest thing I've every encountered. Impossible to speak to a human. Four times I've called, and it's totally dumb, and then hung up on me each time. It literally cannot understand what I am saying, and regurgitates my recent transactions, then hangs up. What do you suggest? 🤔 Please call me at 410|207|3350.

    @AskCiti How can they be reached online? I don't have a phone right now. Can the issue just be passed along to them? It's not a huge deal and pretty self explanatory, their emailing system sends redundant duplicate emails sometimes.

    @AskCiti. I am getting a new card based on offer of up $400 for any @AmericanAir purchase. When I called to find out what my credit will be, I'm told that no one can answer, even when I provide the amount of the purchase. Surely, someone knows. Please help.

    . @Citi your virtual card feature became a lot less useful. You used to be able to pick an expiration date (which you can't now) & total amount allowed to be charged to the card (which you can't now). You can just pick amount per day. please fix.

    @Citi The absolute worst customer service reps I have ever had to deal with. I’ve been on the phone for 40 minutes for a simple password reset issue. I am now being transferred to my third rep, who I am sure will have to take 5 minutes to verify me, like the last two also did.

    @Citibank an email was sent to out customers with a new ACH account. It is fraud, it is not our account. When we called they said nothing Citibank can do. #help

    Their “fix”? @citibank insisted that I give them access to my (other bank) bank account transaction history, balances, etc. - all my financial info - so they could “prove” that I had the money to pay them (even though they already had my money).

    @Citibank I had opened a Strata Premier Card on 3/4 and still haven't received my card,but somehow I received a statement for the annual card fee for a card I don't have. I am simply trying to cancel it now, and even that is not feasible as I can't log in.What a customer service.

    @Citibank serious ?, how do yall have business cards but no bookkeeping access? That isn’t a business card. Look to Amex for help.
