    @AmericanAir @Citi I travel almost weekly for work. Was hoping to use your airline exclusively. So far customer service has been atrocious on both sides. This is my last effort to talk to you all about this before I move on.

    @AskCiti @DanSkipper70 Alternatively, you could just hire enough staff (preferably English speaking) to answer the volume of calls you receive. It's mathematically impossible to be experiencing higher than average call volume at all times.
