  In this day and age??!! A company like @Citibank updates their business app for iPhone and it STOPS working? I’m sure you don’t have that problem when it comes to collecting the mortgage every month. Cust. svc. just as clueless as the co. 2 days to tell me the update is buggy. 👎

  @AskCiti Please help, I applied and received a Citi Advantage card with bonus points. 5 weeks later, the bonus points benefit is not linked to my account yet. Made multiple calls and sent two emails to no avail. I am getting the runaround with Customer Sec.

  @AskCiti @DanSkipper70 Alternatively, you could just hire enough staff (preferably English speaking) to answer the volume of calls you receive. It's mathematically impossible to be experiencing higher than average call volume at all times.

  @Citi What a matrix their customer service is. Guess what--there will be no response or resolution by this Jane Fraser. They cancelled me even though my credit card is paid well before the due date because they have a broken robo system.

  Their “fix”? @citibank insisted that I give them access to my (other bank) bank account transaction history, balances, etc. - all my financial info - so they could “prove” that I had the money to pay them (even though they already had my money).
