    So the @AmericanAir credit card offers free baggage but when they break your suitcase, they don’t cover the full cost of replacement. Talk about a real problem! What a bad partnership @AskCiti @Citibank has!

    I am not happy with @Citi right now. I was on hold for two hours yesterday thinking I fixed my issue but alas that is not the case

    So @AskCiti has still not remove the late payment they posted on my credit report they posted as an error, Don’t bank with them or get their credit cards.

    @Citibank @fooqsmiami What is the email for customer service for my Citi Professional card? Also, I’ve called six times and I’m unable to reach a supervisor for my professional card, they keep transferring me to the personal Citibank card line.

    I swear @Citibank is clueless along with @AvisRentar - My card number stolen (presumably online as I still have the physical card) for a car rental from (pickup name) Tracie Purnell in Houston. I call both and they are giving me the run around. I live in Dallas, don't use Avis, very easy to track down charges and where it originated and look at cameras. $418.80 is not something I will let go. They have been put on notice and hopefully this will go viral to embarass them.

    @Citibank When you run an app update that not only eradicates your password that you just updated and then you make it impossible to change your password….and then YOU DISCONNECTED ME WHILE ON HOLD for a third manager…I am not playing your borderline extortionary game. 😡

    @AskCiti No thanks. More scripted answers highlighting the lackluster customer service. Citi only cares about money. Even if it’s at the expense of customer security

    @AskCiti For many days I get the message "Our system is experiencing temporary delays. Please try again later." I called over the weekend and the representative said it's a known issue and they are working on it. I tried to log in again this morning and still got that error.
