mason wy (@masonwy82336031) reported@scwatched @Ask_Spectrum It’s the routers spectrum use my stepdad works for spectrum he said it themselves. It’s a security setting on the router where it’s constantly verifying your connection, hence impossible to have a stable IP. If you have more than 4 devices connected to the router it’ll happen. I called once and a good representative fixed it but then moved houses and had to a get a new router and the problem popped back up. Never could convince another representative to fix it so I switched to altafiber.

Proud Resister (@KarenHellriegel) reported@altafiber raise my bills my never credit me for all the bullshit and missed shows. You so suck.

Rick Bonett Jr. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@RickBonettJr) reportedHey @altafiber didn’t realize that when I switched from att internet tv that I would have the same issues. Lots of loading/buffering going on here and quality of video is often less than desirable.

mason wy (@masonwy82336031) reported@GirthBrooks034 @scwatched @Ask_Spectrum It could be both it’s some kind of security protocol that constantly checks your device causing your IP to jump around.. basically impossible to have a stable IP it’s some kind of setting idk I’m not the biggest tech savvy guy but have been experiencing this personally. Apex NEEDS a stable IP or it’s just utter dog **** to play. Sole reason I switched to altafiber and haven’t had a single issue since.

Van Dam (@skatingjesus) reportedTell me why I'm having more problems having fiber internet than I did with like 300mbps #altafiber
-
JenWendCincy (@jenwendcincy) reported@altafiber Were not experiencing an “outage.” We’re experiencing the video flickering in-and-out every few seconds on certain channels. The only channel that it’s NOT doing it on is CNN. I don’t watch CNN. Funny.

Eric Sheridan Wyatt (@NewEricWyatt) reportedBeen really happy with @altafiber as a Comcast alternative for high speed internet, until the last week. The techs and customer service agents have been great, but the company structure doesn't empower the front line workers to "make it right."
