  This aged like milk. It's been so bad. I'm glad Main Street Sports is finally stopping but I hate what it may mean for watching my Cavs and Blue Jackets. @altafiber got my Reds, hopefully they can keep the other two too.

  Any friends w/ experience running Ethernet vertically ‘tween floors? Through walls? We live in a bi-level, the AltaFiber port is downstairs. PC is upstairs, & I’m direct in from a router not the gateway. Tried to play Apex & stream - OBS hated it. I was direct in b4 & no issues

  Will @altafiber issue credits on our bills for a prolonged outage? Prices go up and quality of service goes down. Not impressed.

  @GirthBrooks034 @scwatched @Ask_Spectrum It could be both it’s some kind of security protocol that constantly checks your device causing your IP to jump around.. basically impossible to have a stable IP it’s some kind of setting idk I’m not the biggest tech savvy guy but have been experiencing this personally. Apex NEEDS a stable IP or it’s just utter dog **** to play. Sole reason I switched to altafiber and haven’t had a single issue since.

  @altafiber Question? Why is 90% of what you say in your ads not factual. You are not the only provider with fiber!! Your chief competitor had fiber 10 years before you at least! Every land based entertainment service is fiber based!! YOU are rarely even fiber to the home. @FTC

  @altafiber @AnimalPlanet Do not try and start new service with @altafiber they have no showed and no communication for 3 weeks now. I get lied to every time I call. ZERO FOLLOW UP!! Maybe fix your service before you sell more customers!
