    @inlandemperor @Chase If you have any connection to someone with a USAA account, use it to get your own. They have every benefit of the massive banks but they're nonprofit, have exceptional customer service, and, this mattered, were proactively helpful when I got gay divorced from my USAA connection.

    @Chase your customer service is terrible Your system stole almost $200 from my husbands account,let 2 different companies completely change the price of what we payed after you took our money & even though we have proof of price payed for BOTH transactions yall told us “oh well”

    @freshbooks the verification process is very broken, my funds are locked up and all i get is a ****** support email from a third party service from a trash bank like @chase with no response. Why am i paying for your service?

    @ChaseSupport Someone help with my account. My account is short $ that I had deposited yesterday and some charge I already paid for and canceled was reversed after they refunded it. One other thing. Also made transfer out of my Chase account to my credit union and the $ not there

    Go to the @chase lounge to rest up before flight and I just had the young lady at the front tells me my card inactive and explain to me rudely how it’s $800 to renew. Then next guy same problem and lets him walk through and made me pull up the chase app…. lol Haters.

    @chase i have the Sapphire Reserve and the customer service on this card is the worst! Tried to get Door Dash and Apple Tv credits reimbursed and I had to call give times! Still not resolved.

    @candepee @Wise @Chase The gap between "Completed" and "recipient got it" is where payments horror stories live. Wise sending funds is one leg. Chase accepting and crediting them is another. Both are passing responsibility instead of owning the reconciliation. File a formal dispute, don't DM support.

    So @chase appears to be abruptly closing the account for my business, Cultivated Media. I’m not sure why yet, so I don’t want to assume, but if any customer service reps see this and can be more helpful than who I spoke to over the phone let’s solve this ASAP.

    @ChaseSupport Worst credit card company. Offer enticing benefits from the Edit and don't mention at Check out that you need to use the pay now options. 10 Years and you make it worse every year to be a customer.
