Rob (@MammothRob) reported@Chase you’ve been trying to get me to go paperless forever, well, we did. Now we need a copy of a check from 6/2023 - not on the website or app. We need it today. It is unacceptable on every level for a financial institution to only have records for the last two years available. Paperless saves you money, with ZERO savings for us. Now it has cost me money and time. What a spectacular fail. Going back to paper everything.
