    @LongJohndoe69 @RobinhoodApp @Chase Really? That’s surprising. I’ve called in twice and got an agent on the phone within 5 minutes each time. I can make the case that Chase has a more robust customer service team, but I haven’t personally noticed any real discernible differences (yet).

    @chase i have the Sapphire Reserve and the customer service on this card is the worst! Tried to get Door Dash and Apple Tv credits reimbursed and I had to call give times! Still not resolved.

    @ChaseSupport I am not happy. I have been a customer for years and have never asked for help. I ask for help today about an overdraft and I get charged and threatened to be charged more. Chase is being predatory at a point when im in need of help. This is illegal.
