    @GetSpectrum this “planned maintenance” bullshit is annoying. I’m sick of this. It’s every other ******* night. This is ridiculous. I pay to actually have the internet, not watch it blink red for 48 hours. Gonna cancel if this **** doesn’t change.

    @Ask_Spectrum Service and tech support are always helpful but unless you’re calling to establish service Spectrum’s customer service is beyond the worst. I’ll disconnect before dealing with them.

    @Ask_Spectrum Are your wifi routers just really poor or are my walls not from this earth? Not even 50 ft from the router and my internet drops to 10% of what I get next to the router which is 1% of what I’m paying for…

    @Ask_Spectrum We have made all the changes to fix the Spectrum connection issues. There are glitches with the tv feed just stopping and squiggly lines distorting the picture. Audio and visual is not 100%.
