    @Ask_Spectrum Let’s seeee ..... last call to cust. serv. I waited OVER an hour and a half and THEN the tech. on the phone did NOT KNOW W T F she was talking about. I STILL have NO TV !! This STREAMING TV CRAP is JUST that ...... CRAP.

    @Ask_Spectrum my internet was down half the day yesterday (5pm-3:30am), and now it’s down again today. What is going on!? This is absolutely unacceptable and I will cancel my service is this happens again in the near future.

    @terihannigan @GetSpectrum @FrontierCorp 1st call, Frontier sets me up w/FIOS and a install date. After 2 days, no show, no call. I call them. They say there is NO FIOS in my area. Best they can give me is a signal over CoAx cable of LESS than what I need to stream ONE TV. Yah, great company. I STILL have NO internet.

    @sprint not sure how I feel about this merger with T-Mobile all my friends with that carrier have terrible service. I’m officially exploring @GetSpectrum mobile. This isn’t an advertisement. Its reality, I have to consider it now

    @Ask_Spectrum We do not. That is why we left. And with business ethics like this, I give you maybe 4-5 years before being eaten up by the bigger corporations that know how to handle customers and have phenomenal service. Good day.

    @Ask_Spectrum PPPFFFTTT ..... 👎👎👎👎👎 When I lost $2,000 a month to Covid last year, SPECTRUM was the ONLY COMPANY that would NOT HELP me. You wanted ALL of the back payments NOW !! It was food or internet. I chose FOOD.

    @GetSpectrum -10 out of 10 would not recommend -Constand network disconnections -Very slow and unreliable speeds -Steals your money MONTHS AFTER disconnection, threatening to send your old account to collections If you don't settle what they think they're owed -Horrible company

    @Ask_Spectrum We have made all the changes to fix the Spectrum connection issues. There are glitches with the tv feed just stopping and squiggly lines distorting the picture. Audio and visual is not 100%.

    @GetSpectrum yall ******* suck. Every day WiFi quits working for a bit and now it’s not working at all. What am I paying for if 75% of the time it’s not working. Yall have had techs change equipment and still the same thing always happens
