    Please RT and share: I have @GetSpectrum mobile. Today the gov't protections end for delayed payments. I speak to rep who says that they are usable to take a partial pmt to keep my service active. I explained that I'm on SocSec. and that just now getting caught up on bills.

    They did it yesterday networks ee down for hrs. called all powers that seemed relivant /all said there wasn't a problem. All I could get out of spectrum was sales dept. my friends fially got thru and had same problem all nite. It started 11:30am my daughter call back at 7:05pm

    @GetSpectrum No don’t get Spectrum. Nothing but problems since we were force to change modem. They said it was for better service but it was to control what you can do when and if you have enough service. Definitely not worth 90.00 a month. Rip offs!!!!!

    @itweetstuffhere @Ask_Spectrum @ESPNFANSUPPORT @RokuSupport It still could be a spectrum issue. If their login process fails to authorize the content (that your subscription does include ESPN2). But it sounds like an @ESPNFANSUPPORT app issue. I can give you the standard IT guy response... log out of the app, delete it and reinstall

    @GetSpectrum So you force customers to change modems that are not as good as the one we already had. WTF????? They actually put restrictions on our account so we had no internet at all! Not right not for $88. A month. Bad business !!

    @Melsy4477 @Qraw9Gaming @GetSpectrum Yes hardwired to modem and have all the problems still. We have always been hardwired, that why we got spectrum. However they control their equipment.

    @Ask_Spectrum @Smaoka You always stall by asking account info which is just a stall tactic. This company advertises best new equipment. We had acceptable service until you force a modem change. 90.00 a month is rip off and you know it !!

    @GetSpectrum what a strange and rude policy. Modem died. Lights don't come on. Went through the steps and was told I need a new modem. But you won't let me get a modem because I have a past due balance. But I'm still being charged for the Internet I can't access. Really?

    @Ask_Spectrum When the F are you guys going to get your **** together? It seems service goes down every week!!! Never see any credits for the downtime but always raising the bills and the service gets worse!!
