They jeopardized my credibility, wasted 7+ hours of my time with techs, and offered a $6 credit. Insulting. 🚮 #Spectrum #Fail

I'm currently decently happy with Spectrum service here and not personally complaining, mainly because we don't use your ****** routers and I have full control over my local network. It's just funny
