    @GetSpectrum has the worst customer service reps! They give wrong information and are very disrespectful over the phone. I asked numerous times to speak to a supervisor and the rep decline transfer me. His name is Kendrick. He stated that adults don’t speak the way I do because

    @GetSpectrum Technical Service I received yesterday from Spectrum was Outstanding 👍 Jessica, the call center technician. She scheduled onsite visit on the same day. Then Tyler showed in 2 hours, provided amazing service and solved the problem. Way to go Jessica and Tyler 🎉🎊👏

    @Ask_Spectrum Thank You, but we spoke with one of your Customer Service Reps. over the phone, stated we had very low signal 60-70% coming in and normal would be mid 90%. They are working with Is now to help get better signal

    @Ask_Spectrum my cable isn’t working! I have the Silver package and Every channel a screen pops up and says my subscription doesn’t come with the said channel and to upgrade. I’ve tried rebooting! Guide and everything else works though! Help!

    @Ask_Spectrum I don’t buy that argument at all. Look at what the angels with Fox sports does to their app. I can watch no problem even right now through their platform. Plus if you really wanted to, you could prevent “theft” you could do it like the cord cutters,limiting simultaneous streams.
